Bilbo's

Petition for legalization of Marijuana, industrialization of hemp and medical Marijuana for medicianal purposes could be on the ballot in fall 2012 general election here in the state of Missouri.  We should have a petition at some point here where you can sign it.  We need to exercise our right to vote on this in order to be heard, sign the petition and then vote in the fall of  2012.
